We’re celebrating our first birthday!
Over the past year, we’ve been creating unique customer service solutions that pair humans with artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotic process automation, and bot technology. In other words, we’ve been busy building the future of customer care.

Laivly has hired over 100 software developers, UX designers, and product managers over the past year, with plans on hiring another 75 team members within the next year.
